Please understand when making a booking that we dedicate this time to you, should you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly notify us by updating your booking online – or fees will apply.

Rescheduling, cancellation and missed appointment fees:

• More than 2 days notice: No charge
• Less than 1 day notice: 50% of appointment fee charged
• Missed appointments: 100% of appointment fee charged
