Please understand when booking an appointment we dedicate this time to you. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us by updating your booking online – or fees will apply.
Rescheduling, cancellation and missed appointment fees, apply as follows:
- More than 1 day notice: No charge
- Less than 1 day notice: 50% of appointment fee charged
- Missed appointments: 50% of appointment fee charged
